LOVELY ALICE BASED IMAGES TO INSPIRE, AND WOULD YOU LIKE SOME CANDY?.....

The March Challenge is now well underway and already we have 8 link-ins which you can now view HERE.  However there are still 26 days to go so you still have plenty of time to make your make and join in the fun!  You can claim a 25% discount on the CI website as soon as you link up your project, and you could also win yourself a CI art stamp of your choice if Sylvie selects your make as one of her faves.

Meanwhile we are happy to be able to bring you more team makes to truly inspire, and tonight I have just some of many Alice Palace based 'animal' projects to show you.

Brenda has made 3 very lovely bright and fun cards with 3 of our fabby Alice stamps....

And this is the link to the Alice stamps page where you will find all of the above: http://www.craftyindividuals.co.uk/rubber-stamps-c1/alice-palace-individual-collage-stamps-c6
- ooops I've also just seen that I haven't yet removed the special offer on the most recently introduced stamps, so if you are quick you can still get the 'Winning Hare' stamp and the 'Jolly Duck' stamp at a bargain price, as well as the three other new stamp products that have just been added to our collections.  However I must remove them after the weekend - mental note to self!!

I used the 'Jolly Duck' stamp myself recently on a 'matchbox' make, which I will pop below....

And I also used the 'Winning Hare' on a card project...

Effie loves the Alice Palace designer stamps and has made a cracking Easter eggy creation with the hares too - how cool is this?! (sporting adorable pink buttons for wheels!)....

Sylvie has also just sent over some tag images using the new stamps too, so I will insert them here too as they are most appropriate.....

And she also enclosed a mini step which shows the beautiful strong paint colours she used....

The other stamp above is another new release - great for creating stunning backgrounds such as these!

I will bring this post to a close with a delectable project by Laury, featuring our 'Bright Future' turtle as focal point...

What a lot of lovely makes I'm sure you will agree?!  You will find links to all the CI teamies at the side.  Still many more makes to post, and do keep those gorgeous link ups coming.

Back soon,

Jean x

p.s. Thanks for the continuing comments here and all the 'likes' on Facebook - very much appreciated always.  Maybe you would like to win yourself a set of the five latest stamp lovelies? - if so please leave a comment on here or a comment on Facebook over the weekend and we will randomly pick one winner from each page next week to receive the set x

CRAFTY INDIVIDUALS MARCH CHALLENGE....

Its the 1st of March today so that means its time to introduce you to the CI Bi Monthly - March 2015 Challenge.  Sylvie has chosen the title and subject matter this month and it is 'The Animal World'.  This could include birds (penguins perhaps??!), ducks, turtles, bunnies, cats, and all the other animals you can think of and/or that might appear in a Crafty Individuals product that you could use in your make.

Here are the usual guidelines:

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES

To enter this month's Crafty Individuals Challenge please put together your chosen project, which must include at least one Crafty Individuals product please, then post your Challenge project on your Blog, before the end of the month, and include a link back to this Blog.  Leave a link in the URL box displayed in this post to take us directly to your Challenge project, which will then appear on this Blog as a thumbnail image - so we can all see your wonderful arty work.

At the end of the month Sylvie will set about choosing five lucky participants, each of whom will win a CI rubber stamp of their choice, and don't forget that as per usual, once you have linked in your creation, you can also claim a lovely 25% discount code to use on anything you purchase from the CI Website, which will be valid to use until the 10th of April.

Go for it, and enjoy the challenge x
 .......

As always we look forward to seeing your entries - you will be in with a chance of winning a free stamp, and you will also be able to obtain a cool 25% CI web discount.  When you have linked in your entry please email us at info@craftyindividuals.co.uk to obtain your special code, and then go shopping!

Now we generally aim to give you some inspiration to get you creatively started, and as it is Sylvie's Challenge here are a couple of delightful makes by the lady herself, plus a little tutorial which shows us clearly how she went about making the background to these adorable canvasses.  The 10 cm square canvasses used are available HERE and all the Alice Palace stamps can be found HERE....

I hope the above has given you some food for thought.  Lots more inspiration to come,

CATCHING UP POST...

Hi everyone - Hope you received our newsletter showing you the newly released stamps today and hope you likey?!  I will have a bit of an overview of them in another post, as today I want to have a bit of a catch up session on some of the team makes that haven't appeared here yet.

Gio sent over some delightful images of useful makes with a 'his and hers' valentine's theme, and I didn't get my act together in time to show you them earlier in the month.  She has also kindly provided us with a little step by step too....

And the steps for the keyrings.....

Makes beautifully display recently released tag stamps CI-427 and CI-428.

I have a couple of great cards by Daniele using the same stamps...

Sylvie used the woman's tags set (lots of uses for these Elements sets) to make a rather pretty big tag ensemble....

I also somehow managed to miss out showing you a glorious make by Sylvie during the last Challenge about scenic stamping using CI-402+, so here it is.....

And to finish I have another couple of makes by Coco and Sylvie using slightly older stamps!

.....CI-335+ makes an appearance here and below a lovely beach babe tag using a favourite stamp CI-278..

Thank you for the pleasure of your company,

Back soon,

Jean x
