BOXES, AND EASTER BLOG CANDY GIVEAWAY....

Hello Lovelies

I'm back with some more 'boxes of all sorts' and an Easter Blog Candy offering this week.  Here are the boxes .....this one by Helen Chilton...

Helen has stamped onto bisque - ceramic, and has used CI-207, CI-423 and CI-395, plus our Magic Roundabout Mask - very springlike and pretty.

Followed by a decorated box by Laury.....

.... who has used CI-406, CI-445 and CI-438 on her make.

This 'Memory Box' is a colourful beauty by Effie....

The little girl is from CI-277, and the flowers again from CI-455.

I have a lovely card next from Coco (CI-449) - and I have included it as it is square, and I adore it.....

My next mention is about a blog candy giveaway.  If you would like to be able to choose 5 rubber stamps from our large collection at www.craftyindividuals.co.uk and have them delivered to your door all for free, then please become a follower and leave a short comment below, and we will randomly pick two lucky folk who will get their own choice of stamps, and probably a little bit of yummy chocolate thrown in too.  Good luck everyone!

Finally I have two sweet and pretty Easter cards by Sylvie to finish off with tonight, featuring stamps from our Alice Palace collection....

Happy Easter,

Back soon,

Jean x

SIXTEEN DAYS TO GO.......

If you are joining in with our Challenge this month 'Boxes of All Sorts', you still have sixteen days to get linked in.  You will find all the details HERE.  You can interpret the subject however you like, and just remember to include at least one CI product in your make please.  I have more teamie makes to show you today including these very 'woody' boxes by lovely Lynne featuring our new A4 trees stamps...

They do look incredibly like tree bark don't they?  Thank you Lynne!

For my next piccies I have these colourful little beauties by Gio.  She has used several CI stamps to decorate her boxes including CI-389, CI-137, CI-342 and CI-388.  And in true Gio style she has created lots of colourful texture incorporating lace, charms and beads.....

The last one where the heart stamp has been imprinted into Fimo is my personal favourite, which one is yours?

My final boxy make today is from me, and features a papier mache box in a 'broken' heart shape, with white embossed vellum decorations using heart stamps CI-342 and flowers from CI-445...

Thanks for reading, and as always I'll be back soon,

Jean x

MORE BOXES OF ALL SORTS.....

It's Mother's Day today in the UK, and I hope you are all having a lovely day.  We have a great challenge running on the blog at the moment, and a decorated box, like those featured below, would be a great present for a mother.  I have lots more boxes by the CI teamies still to show you, and if you would like to take part in the challenge with your 'box' before the end of the month please check out the post HERE and get linked up.

Here is a lovely little box by Florence - so sweet and very decorative, I love it! ...

Florence has used 'Country Days' CI-417 on her delightful box, and it just so happens that it is on special offer at the moment - such a great stamp!

Coco has been busy with her box makes too, and here are her beauties...

Coco has used CI-357 and CI-391 (also on offer right now) on her boxes, and has also made a little step by step in piccies for you:

My third and final box of today is this fabulous make by Daniele - a real labour of love....

Daniele has given me the list of stamps used as:  CI-341, CI-306, CI-426, CI-328, CI-435, CI-017, CI-436, CI-394 , CI-405 and CI-206, and you will find them all on our website at www.craftyindividuals.co.uk. If you fancy making your own printer's tray style 'box of all sorts', we do also have Tando trays on the site, which you will find HERE and these would be absolutely perfect to decorate and enter in the current challenge (rather fancy doing one myself right now too after seeing this beauty).

Thanks for reading and thanks for those kind comments.

Bye for now,

Jean x

'BOXES OF ALL SORTS' - A MARCH CHALLENGE....

Emailed entry from Alison
......

We have a lovely new challenge for you starting today, the topic has been chosen by Sylvie, one of our teamies, and the subject matter is 'BOXES OF ALL SORTS'.  As always this is open to your own interpretation and your boxes may be 3D ones like Sylvie's gorgeous make or may be more of the 2D kind perhaps - something like my own interpretation shown below maybe, based on flat square 'boxes'.

Here are the usual guidelines:

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES
To enter this month's Crafty Individuals Challenge please put together your chosen project, which must include at least one Crafty Individuals product please, then post your Challenge project on your Blog, before the end of the month, and include a link back to this Blog.  Leave a link in the URL box displayed in this post to take us directly to your Challenge project, which will then appear on this Blog as a thumbnail image - so we can all see your wonderful arty work.  If you don't have a blog we are happy to accept emailed image entries too.

At the end of the month Sylvie will set about choosing five lucky participants, each of whom will win a CI rubber stamp of their choice, and don't forget that as per usual, once you have linked in your creation, you can also claim a lovely 25% discount code to use on anything you purchase from the CI Website, which will be valid to use until the 10th of April.

Go for it, and enjoy the challenge x

....

As always we very much look forward to seeing your entries - you will be in with a chance of winning a free stamp, and you will also be able to obtain a cool 25% CI web discount.  When you have linked in your entry please email us at info@craftyindividuals.co.uk to obtain your special code, and then go shopping!

....

As I said above Sylvie's inspirational make is gorgeous - very clever indeed, and a great way to recycle a cat food box!  I have lots of colourful photos for you.  She has also given me some step by steps to show you which I will also pop below.  Lots of CI stamps appear on this make, all of which can be found at www.craftyindividuals.co.uk

Here are the steps....

Don't you just love those little feet too?!!

Here is my own 'flatter' take on 'Boxes of all sorts'...

I'm also going to add another couple of 'boxes' I made recently - okay I know they are cones really, but seeing as it is 'all sorts of boxes', maybe we can stretch it to cones too - lol?!!

The first cone is made with paper from our 'Seville' book, and the second with vellum stamped with CI-443  and embossed in white.  We are also selling the plain and vellum cones on the website now which you can find HERE.

We would love it if you would join in with us, and link a make in above.  Looking forward to it!

Bye for now,

Jean x
