MORE ON CHRISTMAS AND AN EXCITING WEEK TO COME....

I have more Christmas makes to share tonight, and next week will be even more fun as we have some new releases on the horizon - exciting times!

Here I have a lovely card by Daniele, with good old Santa on board, looking pretty in pink...

One of our older stamps on here, CI-136, plus a pink and glittery CI-368, and tags from CI-447.

Now a fun and colourful card by Coco, using the cheeky robin from a popular Alice Palace stamp CI-375..

Coco has added a little stamp from CI-420, top left, and a snowflake surround using CI-241.

More about Santa on this lovely tag from Flo....

Plus another similar styled tag featuring the little snow baby from CI-240...

Flo has used modelling paste and a starry stencil here too.

We have some new hanging frames on the website amongst the New Products Here,
and this is the star shaped set and more Santas, followed by the flower set in its pre decorated state...

I embossed the acrylic paint coating with the help of CI-173 in the star set, and some WOW gold embossing powder - all very festive in greens and reds and gold!

Finally I have a couple of stylish cards by Laury...

....Featuring more tags from CI-447, and the 'Wishes' word from CI-408 in a lovely soft green and white.

If you are on the mailing list for Newsletters from us look out in your Inbox for mail from us this week coming, and get your new stamps on order whilst they are so new and such hot property!  I suspect they will come at a bargain price for a little while too.

We are still featuring heavily on The Craft Channel at the moment I am delighted to say - hope you have managed to watch some of the cool creations being made on there - always an interesting way to spend some me time.

Back soon,

CHRISTMAS IS ON THE CARDS.....

Christmas is on its way, and the shops and cafes seem to be playing Christmas music already (seems a little bit early to me though?)!!  We have some more festive makes tonight for you, made by the team, hopefully to inspire you to be creative this weekend too.  Starting with beautiful tags by clever Lynne, which have been published in the latest edition of Somerset Life.  If you haven't checked out the American magazines from Somerset Studio, you must, as you have a treat in store, they are great!....

Lynne's work is often to be found amongst the glorious pages of these magazines.  The tags here were created with the help of CI-446 and its curly words, gold powders, gems and fabric!  Look out for more of these unique hand drawn words by our great friend Linda Edwards, coming soon to a shop near you (and on our website too of course).

I also made a card with one of the words, plus CI-369.....

....And I have two very lovely festive cards by Daniele to show you as well....

The first features the curly Noel word again, and both other main images are from an elements plate CI-396. Stunning!

My final cards of this evening are by Sylvie, and have beautifully contemporary backgrounds...

The first features more curly words, plus our London city skyline CI-359, and the second has Santa, riding over the rooftops from CI-398.

More about Christmas coming soon.  Hope you are now feeling inspired to create yourself?!

WE HAVE A WINNER....

Yes we do have a blog candy winner, and yes I know I should have posted their name last weekend, however time has slipped away on me again!! I did have good intentions! Anyway the number 18 has been drawn by my son, and on counting down through post comments (54 in total - thank you everyone for joining in the fun) number 18 appears to be 'Cardgenie', who is another 'Jean' I think.  Anyway please email us Cardgenie, at info@craftyindividuals.co.uk, with your address, and we will send out your offer pack of goodies poste haste. Congratulations. Please share your makes with the stamps if possible.  We haven't taken the offer off the website yet, and you will still find it HERE,
so get it quick if you can, as it's a great offer.

I will add a little bit of visual gorgeousness before I leave you tonight, with a rather lovely Christmas make from Coco...

Love that stamp Winter Garden CI-425.

Followed by an image kindly sent over by Dora Buist de Vries, made with a stamp she won in a previous candy draw...

Lovely - thanks for sharing Dora!

Sylvie is the maker of this pretty little thing....

...... using stamp CI-372. And I recently posted a similar card on Facebook made by Sylvie (with CI-373), and here it is again, this time modelled by her beautiful black cat - how adorable!....

My final make tonight is another card made with CI-372 (and CI-443), totally different to the one above, and this time by Helen...

Thanks everyone. Hope you all have a brilliant weekend!

Thanks for tuning in,

IT'S MOSTLY CHRISTMAS, AND SOME CANDY ....

Hi All

If you subscribe to the Crafty Individuals newsletter you will have seen today that we have a great kit comprising of 7 festive stamps, 3 wood frames on easels and a mini image book, on a very special offer at the moment.  Here is the kit in its entirety...

...And these are the sort of piccies you can make with the kit...

The kit is on offer for £25 for 7 days, instead of the usual retail value of  the items of £40.05.  Of course you can also make cards with the stamps, such as this one...

The kit is available to buy on the CI Website now if you click Here.  We also have one of these kits available as blog candy this week.  Please leave a message at the end of this post if you would like to win one of the packs of goodies, and by Sunday we will be picking a winner.

I enjoyed making other Christmassy cards in a similar manner to the one above, but I used some different festive stamps too....

Its great fun combining a variety of different stamps on the one card.  I used CI-425 and more in the top card, and CI-327 and more in the second one.

Still on the theme of Christmas here is a card by Sylvie, again using CI-425....

Sylvie used a Gelli plate to make her lovely background (must get mine out again!).  The fabulous curly word is from CI-446.  More to come from Sylvie soon.

I also have a card by Coco, still on the festive theme.  Loving this too...

The CI stamp on the inside of this card is from our A4 Tree plate CI-450.  What a great sky Coco has painted!  More to come from Coco as well soon.

Finally I have a card on the Halloween theme, which will soon be with us.  This one is made by Laury...

Laury has used CI-360 to great effect on her card.

Don't forget to leave a comment if you would like to win the Kit featured at the top of the post!!

Bye for now,

CREATIVE CARDS AND A CANVAS.....

I'm back with some more lovely team card makes, plus a little canvas from me tonight.  Here is the canvas..

Firstly I coloured the canvas with acrylic paints and then added oil pastels over the top and blended them together with my fingers.  I then added a sun with variegated metallic flakes and the appropriate glue.  The trees are from CI-450 (stamped onto white tissue, cut out and glued to the canvas), and the daisies and grasses are from CI-395.

I have a beautiful collaged card from Sylvie to show you next, loving this in its fabulous rich colours, great for the season of Autumn...

Sylvie has used CI-322, CI-455, CI-445, and more on here, plus an MDF dress form
and a metal flower.  Sylvie has more information about her make here.

Three stunning cards by Florence next...

Flo has used CI-459, CI-455, and CI-297 and more in her card makes.

My final makes tonight are by Joanne, and feature CI-430, with great sparkle effect!...

Joanna has also used our butterfly die (still on a great offer), and stamps from CI-364,
plus her beautiful flower sprays.

Thanks for your comments everyone - they make our day!

EVERYONE'S A WINNER....

We have been running a Challenge during September, and that particular Challenge is now at an end.  We are currently thinking that we will now take a bit of a break from our bi-monthly challenges for a little while, and would like to thank everyone who has taken part in any of our challenges to date, we have seen some fabulous work from you! Because of this break we haven't re-subscribed to InLinkz, and consequently if you would like to see the linked in images for September you will need to follow the link up link on the challenge page of our blog.  I wanted to give you the five chosen CAS makes for September this evening and therefore set about looking carefully at all the entries.  As is usually the case it was almost impossible to whittle the entries down to just five, there are so many beauties!!  We have therefore decided, in a moment of madness, to award all the September entrants with a free stamp this month, with our thanks for taking part - you are all stars indeed!  Please would you therefore all email us at info@craftyindividuals.co.uk with your address, and choice of stamp, so we can get the prizes on their merry way.  I am going to show you a few of the images entered below anyway (not in any particular order, or choice) just so you can see the general amazing quality of entries......

Wow! I could continue...

My other important piece of news for today is that the new digital magazine I mentioned in an earlier post is now available to purchase in single copies or as a subscription.  Please follow this link for more details - http://www.mixedupmag.com/  ....

You are also invited to make submissions on a given theme to the magazine (and we would especially love it if you made a mixed media submission using Crafty Individuals products of course).  Here is the link to the call for submissions - http://www.mixedupmag.com/submissions.  I am so very lucky to have a project in this first issue, and this is a sneaky peak image of a part of my project...

Well done Katy, and I am off now to make my subscription for a year's worth of this new magazine.

Finally for tonight thanks to everyone who came to see our stand at Port Sunlight Happy Stampers Festival on Saturday, it is always great to meet up with friends old and new at this lovely friendly stamping show.  See you all again in the Spring hopefully.
