HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL....

Many thanks to those of you who left a comment on my last post - great to hear from you and so pleased that you enjoyed the show!  I wish you all a very Merry Christmas - hope its fun for you and yours, and that Santa calls at your house tonight!

Its Christmas Eve today and as promised I'm back with the last of the Christmas projects (I think) just before the big day..

I have several images to show you tonight by lovely Lynne (please visit her blog and those of the others by clicking on the links on the right hand side, where the Team reside), starting with this little canvas beauty..

Followed by some adorable card designs..

You will find all the stamps shown on this page on our website HERE.

And the last stamp above features in a cool creation by Helen too..

Plus I have a couple of lovely others by Helen as well..

You will find the Santa and Angel stamp HERE.  And I have a card to share where Santa makes an appearance too..

A final card project for this post is this beauty by Daniele (which has the Ferns and Butterflies Silhouette peeking through the die-cut windows)..

And my very last image for tonight is a little tag by Carol, which sums up this blog post and sends very good wishes your way now..

Back soon,

Jean x

p.s. Ooops - Just found some more festive goodies - will display next time around.

CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE - HELP!

Yes indeed the big day is almost upon us, and I've just realised how many festive images and projects from the 'Team' are still waiting to be aired and shared!  So this is one of those catching up posts before the big day has been and gone, and we will be looking forward to Springtime (yipee!).  I believe today is the shortest day over here, and from now on every day will be getting a little lighter and brighter, which will be good news, for me at least.

As I'm still having slow computer problems I am not going to link up to every stamp used in the projects below, as having two windows open at once is almost impossible, but as always most of the products used can be found at www.craftyindividuals.co.uk.

I have quite a few yummy crafty bits made with the new Alice Palace Owl stamp, which I can link to as I sorted that out earlier, and here we are...

The first two by Brenda (you will find links to the all the team members on the right hand side of this post)..

The next by Sylvie...

And then one by Gio....

I also have some more gorgeous items by Gio, still on a Christmas theme...

And a few more by Brenda...

Next we have a very festive door hanger by Effie....

And a very seasonal round box by Carol....

You will find the stamps Carol used on the box HERE and HERE

My final piece for this evening is by Lucy, and is another fine 3D item...

As you know we are currently running a Challenge, and have 19 very festive entries so far - they can all be viewed HERE, many thanks folks!  However there are still 12 days left to link in your own entry, and as always we look forward to seeing them all - and don't forget to email us for your 25% discount code as soon as you have linked in!

Before I go I must let you know that the new Must Haves mentioned in my last post are all now fully back in stock (some sold out extremely rapidly so I guess you liked them a lot!!).  There will be a newsletter about the new goodies to follow soon, but I thought I would let you know now anyhow in case you are waiting patiently.

I think I will still be back blogging again before the 25th as I have many glorious festive projects by Lynne, Daniele, Carol and Helen left to share and inspire,

Bye for now,

Jean x

MUST HAVE, MUST HAVES.....

Time is certainly flying by this month and here we are at the 12th already.  I have been busy unpacking new must have 'Must Haves' and getting them up on the Website (- its snowing on the website), which is quite a mission.  Thought I would share them here with you tonight, before cracking on with some more festive inspiration...

There are still a few days left to acquire the current special (free) offer, whereby if you spend over £28 you can get this lovely stamp CI-399 popped in with your shopping for absolutely nothing:

So here we go..

We have four new MDF frames (an absolute bargain at only 99p each), two of which I will pop below and the other two can be found HERE on the website, in this section, as well - a tree and a heart:

I had a class today and this is what we made with the star shaped frame (which is also some festive inspiration for you)..

As you can see the project features the 'free' stamp mentioned above, and the frame has been painted with a matchpot and then I have used the ever popular and extremely useful crackle stamp CI-116 and Stampendous White Embossing Powder to decorate further.  I then coloured and embellished the stamped image with tiny gems and more 'snow' - white embossing powder.  An easy project and very effective - would make a great crafty Christmas pressie!

Other new Must Haves are these sooo sweet and yummy decorative additions for your projects (and very inexpensive too - which always helps!)..

Box corners and feet, and you can get a little wooden box to go with them HERE.  I am in the process of painting and decorating one myself, and I will of course show you it when it is finished.

Handles..

Filigree corners (in 3 different colourways)..

Corner protectors..

Plus 10 x 10 canvasses..

And luverley lace...

Irresistible!

Now I will show you some further projects made with the Winter Wonderland rubber stamp, by the 'Team'..

A truly gorgeous altered jar by Gio..

Plus a card..

Then others by Daniele, Brenda, Sylvie and Lynne...
(Check out their respective Blogs using the buttons along the side)

Just goes to show how many different effects that can be achieved with just one stamp!!

We are delighted to see that you have been busy linking in your Challenge projects - have a look at them so far on my last post HERE.  There's still plenty of time to join in (and obtain your 25% discount code for the website too).

Thanks for tuning in, and hopefully leaving a comment.

Back soon,

Jean x

WE CHALLENGE YOU TO MAKE SOMETHING FESTIVE FOR DECEMBER.....

Well I know I'm a day late (thought it was the 1st today!) - but here I am with the new Crafty Individuals Challenge for December.  Nice, simple, and predictable I know - but the title for this sparkly glittery month is 'Something Festive'!

.....

Here are the usual guidelines:

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES

To enter this month's Crafty Individuals Challenge please put together your chosen project, which must include at least one Crafty Individuals product please, then post your Challenge project on your Blog, before the end of the month, and include a link back to this Blog.  Leave a link in the URL box displayed in this post to take us directly to your Challenge project, which will then appear on this Blog as a thumbnail image - so we can all see your wonderful arty work.

At the end of the month we will set about choosing five lucky participants, each of whom will win a CI rubber stamp of their choice, and don't forget that as per usual, once you have linked in your creation, you can also claim a lovely 25% discount code to use on anything you purchase from the CI Website, which will be valid until the 10th of November.

Go for it, and enjoy the challenge x

.....

As always we look forward to seeing your entries - you will be in with a chance of winning a free stamp, and you will also be able to obtain a cool 25% web discount (handy for crafty Christmas presents perhaps?!)  When you have linked in your entry please email us at info@craftyindividuals.co.uk to obtain your special code, and then go shopping!

Now I have some sample projects to wet your appetite.
I have been making Christmas cards with my lovely class ladies and here are some piccies...

These are ultra easy, but very effective cards made with images from our Mini Image Christmas Book, and our die cut Starry Frames, plus a little touch of gilding wax.

Plus a fold up triptych version..

I also have 3 gorgeous festive tags from Ginger to share - all using CI stamps..

And I'm sorry to say I am going to have to give up blogging for tonight as my internet is running ridiculously slowly, and just about driving me nuts.

Back soon with more inspiration,

Jean x
