'HANGING ABOUT' - OUR SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE STARTS NOW!

Our September Challenge begins today, and the theme for the month has been chosen by Lucy Edmondson, and is 'Hanging About'.  To give you some idea of how to tackle this I will put the idea in Lucy's own words -  ‘this would give people scope to do a wall hanging, canvas, frame, lantern, bird cage, bird house, jewellery, dangly things on cards, pennants – all sorts. Or they could interpret it as friends hanging about together.’

So I reckon you have plenty of scope and lots of fun to be had with this challenge, so please do join in!  You have until the 25th of September to link in your entry, and just remember that your project must include at least one Crafty Individual product!  The usual info and details you need are pasted below:
...........

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES

To enter this month’s Crafty Individuals Challenge please put together your project, following the subject material outlined below (your project should include at least one Crafty Individuals product please), then:
Post your challenge project on your blog, before the 25th of the month, and include a link back to this blog,
Leave a link in the URL box to take us directly to your challenge project, etc. – which will then appear here on this blog as a thumbnail image – so we can all see your wonderful work.
At the end of the month the CI team and/or guests will set about choosing five lucky participants, each of whom will win a CI rubber stamp of their choice.

Go for it and enjoy the challenge x
 ...........

And now as usual I will show you some inspiration from myself and the team to get you going:

From Lucy herself we have a pretty shop front hanging in lovely pastel colours:

From Helen Chilton an amazing Stampbord pendant:

From myself a hanging using a Tando frame and stamps CI-248  and CI-320, together with our background papers:

From Tassy a lovely birdcage card in such complimentary colours:

From Ginger a delicious heart hanging:

From Kim a really great door hanger - sew cool!

A just so gorgeous glass hanging from Zuzu:

And last but not least, as they say (for tonight anyway), a pretty card with some little girls just 'hanging about' by Isabelle Norris:

Well I'm pretty impressed with that little lot, and I hope you are too?! Check out the team's blogs for further info and instructions. More inspiration to follow.

Don't forget to link in your entry soon.

ARGH just done a bird house, typical lol. I do like the hangings on here though, especially Helen's pendant. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before its stunning.

Great inspiration from the DT and I do hope everyone has fun participating.
