IT'S ALMOST HALLOWEEN, AND WE HAVE LOTS OF SPOOKY IMAGES TO SHARE TONIGHT....

It is, and we definitely have! It doesn't get much better than this so feast your spookilicious little eyes on this little lot - the teamies have been very busy indeed...

I popped this one on Facebook the other day, by a one time, now having a rest, CI teamie - Coco..

..CI-500 plus a little mini me from CI-501.  Lots more using these 2 stamps, plus, below.

Another absolute beauty by Dora - loving that perfectly positioned little beetle Dora and the adorable hanging bat...

...Trees from CI-209 add to the graveyard look.

Then I have several spooktacular makes from Sandra...

...and I adore this one from Daniele..

Flo has also been creatively crowfull...

... as has Sylvie....

..and so loving the fiery colours Helen has used...

Plus the final ones tonight are by me, which have a dimensional padded effect (lost in the photo), as well as metallic touches...

I think I am correct in saying that we all enjoyed the creepilicious experience we had in making the above.  Have a fun Halloween everyone.

Back soon,
Jean x

p.s. We had a great weekend workshop with 16 fabulous folks very recently - you know who you are!!  Photos of the occasion to follow soon. x

IT'S BEEN A BIT OF A WEEK ALL IN ALL.....

It has been a bit of a week!  As you know we were in Doncaster at the Stamp Magic show last weekend, and all in all October has been, and still is being a very busy month for us this year.  However on Wednesday, just gone, poor Malcolm had a heart attack right out of the blue (very scary indeed)!!!  Thanks to the amazingly rapid response of the NHS he is still here to tell the tale - in fact we had a lunch of fish and chips sat in the sunshine on a terrace at our local seaside town today.  How surreal is that?!  Apart from feeling a bit tired, and having had 2 stents fitted, he is pretty much back to being fighting fit again.

He has in fact always been quite a fit guy, slim, a non smoker, plays sport - table tennis in particular, used to run marathons and climb mountains, not a big drinker - so where on earth did that come from?  So please be aware folks that it can happen to anyone! So if you have pains in your chest, and left arm, and shortness of breath, and you think you might be having a heart attack, dial 999.  Ok lecture over now I promise.

Apart from that news we can also introduce you to 2 fantastic new teamies tonight, who are joining the Crafty Individuals fold, lovely Sarah and Chris.  Sarah's blog is: http://sarahanderson1.blogspot.com/ and Chris' blog is: http://pearshapedcrafting.blogspot.com/

So now I have some of their artwork to share with you.....

A couple of things from Sarah, and, oh my goodness, I do love those penguins (from CI-392)...

....And the funky typewriter above is from CI-455.

Plus some pretties from Chris...

Stamps used by Chris include CI-498, CI-501, CI-430, CI-403, and CI-137.  Loving the wording on the Raven journal page, ha ha!

Next weekend we have the Art, Stamp and Play workshop, together with Chocolate Baroque - not long to wait now folks.

Thanks for reading, back soon,

Jean x

NEW STUFF AND WHICH CRAFT SHOW AT DONCASTER ON SUNDAY...

If you get the CI Newsletter you will know that we have new stamps, papers and special offer pack out now -  The New Products section can be found Here on our website. And below are just a few of the wonderful teamie samples made so far with the new stuff....

Two from Sandra above using CI-502 and one below by me featuring the same Christmas Border stamp...

And here are a couple featuring the Crow, CI-500, and the Raven, CI-501, made by Flo. The stamp images were developed from charcoal drawings by super talented Maria Kitano in Belgium...

Superb and very atmospheric. More will follow soon I'm sure.

We are in full flow getting ready for the Doncaster show on Sunday, and loading up the van ready for setting up tomorrow afternoon. We are again sharing a stand with Chocolate Baroque. It would be lovely to see you there if you can make it?!

Back soon,

A VERY BRIEF POST INDEED.....

Just a quickie to show you a couple of Sylvie's lovely makes as appeared on Hochanda on Monday, and to remind you that we will be at Port Sunlight show on Saturday, and at Doncaster the following Sunday.  Hope to see lots of you at one or both of these shows maybe?!

We had a great visit to the Hochanda studios, with Lesley of Chocolate Baroque, and we are so pleased that so many of you enjoyed the 'just the ticket' shows.
We will be sharing a stand at both the above craft materials shows with Chocolate Baroque again, and we are all setting off in the morning, on our merry ways.

Here are Sylvie's super cool creations...

Thanks for looking.

Back soon,
