HAPPY EASTER TO ALL OF YOU....

Strange times we are living in, but nevertheless we wish you all a Happy Easter and we hope the sun shines on you this weekend wherever you are.  Thanks for the support on Hochanda this week, you should get your purchases from us very quickly we hope, as everything has gone off from us now!  We are now in the process of getting the new stuff up online and hopefully will get a Newsletter out to you this weekend at some point, fingers crossed x

I have just been sent a beautiful Easter tag by Sylvie, plus she has forwarded some steps about how she made the background, with the brand new stamps, designed by our very own Flo, so now seems a good time to show it to you....

She made a beautiful master sheet there and trimmed to fit a tag shape.  Loving it all in pinks and yellows.

I also have some gorgeous cards and backgrounds by teamie Daniele next.  Made with the new stamps and papers, here they are...

I can't resist finishing off today by showing you this CAS card by Isa of our pretty Robin with a great background she created with the new stamps.  Lots more samples with the new stuff to come of course, but I'd better go and get on with uploading the new stamps and papers now..

Bye for now

A BRIEF POST TO SAY HELLO, AND WITH INFO ON OUR FACEBOOK LIVES....

Hello All

These are very strange times we are all experiencing at the moment.  In an effort to keep us entertained and craftily busy I am doing some Facebook Live broadcasts on our public Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/craftyindividuals/
These are happening for the moment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2.30pm.  The one tomorrow features a short demo, so please make yourself comfortable and watch us on Facebook tomorrow at 2.30pm UK time.

Here is a little bit of recent inspiration to add a little colour to our lives:

A beautiful tag by Lisa Vipas, so clever...

The front of a journal Daniele is creating to mark her family's experiences during this difficult time...

A great ducky card by lovely Sally...

The next sample is a fantastic scene by Sandra that appeared in a recent copy of Craft Stamper...

See you tomorrow on Facebook I hope!

JUST SHARING.....

Sharing some lovely ideas by the teamies tonight....

Gorgeous Happy Dog looking over a wall by Dora (don't you just love him?!)...

Plus two cool cards full of balloons, by Sam, the Scottish Crafter...

Then some fabby dabby makes by Sandra...

More lovely balloons - just fantastic!....

Plus one using the Chunky Train Tag...

...And that lovely Ship in full sail....

Sandra also made this fabulous card using CI-517, to help promote our stamp designs on the super website of 'Ink Art Designs',  owned by the lovely Dot Leathbridge.

What a beauty!

Finally this evening I have a lovely journal page by Chris - using the Tea at Three stamp, CI-389 - an old favourite of many of you I think, plus one of our butterfly dies and a sheet of our background paper.  All looks so stunning against the black background!...

All full of extreme gorgeousness!

Thank you one and all.  So very delightful.

WITH THANKS....

Thank you to everyone who supported our recent Hochanda shows, they were great fun and we have been very busy getting the orders picked, packed and posted.  I hope you enjoyed watching, and maybe even learnt a trick or two, and many thanks to Lesley as well, it's great working with her and I'm sure her input adds a lot to your viewing experience.  We are now working to get the stamps onto our website in the unmounted variety, plus the A4 background papers, and Malcolm's yummy background paper photos, which to my mind completed the collection very nicely.  All should be up and available very soon.

Teamie Sally has asked if I could put the image of the horizontal layer building demo piece on social media so you can see it again, and therefore here it is, in stages, along with a few of the other images of mine...

Thanks all,
Back soon,
Jean x

p.s. Don't forget we have a new Facebook Group, which you will find HERE, and there is currently a 'Travel' Challenge running on there, so do join in if you can.

HOCHANDA, HERE WE COME AGAIN..

Just in the process of putting everything together for our next trip to Oundle and the Hochanda studios, so my hall is jam packed full of boxes.  Always a worry that I forget something vital.  Travelling down with Lesley on Monday morning and will be setting up late afternoon.  Hopefully can show you pictures of the set up before we go on air.  The teamie makes are absolutely stunning and we aim to give away a little bit of arty craft on the shows.  If you, like me, love Malcolm's photos then do look out for a new bit of stash, which work beautifully with the travel theme around which the shows are based.  Here are some sneakies you may have seen and some you may not have seen...

Image snippets above from whole makes by Isa, Sylvie, Helen, Chris, Sandra, and moi.  Lots more gorgeousness to reveal on the shows, which are on Tuesday, 4th Feb at 10am and 2pm.  Lesley has Chocolate Baroque shows at 8am and 12pm as well, so it will certainly be a busy day.

It's great when our stamps work together, and these certainly seem to, it's nice to be able to build up little scenes with them all, and I have had a whale of a time getting inky and playing nicely with them.  Do join us, can't wait!

Another little bit of news is that Helen, Sandra, Flo and Sylvie each have stunning projects in the newly released Craft Stamper, so do look out for it in the shops - so inspiring!

Thanks for visiting our blog,
